These guidelines ensure every customer — whether a homeowner or contractor — knows exactly what to expect when working with us.

What are your business hours?
We’re open Monday-Friday 7am-5pm. We close on major holidays and for the week between Christmas and New Years.
Are you responsible for vehicle or trailer damage during loading?
We are not responsible for any damages to vehicles or trailers when loading or unloading, please know the limitations of your equipment. We will be happy to tell you the weight of your chosen material
Can you help load my purchases?
We will load your purchases with our forklift or front-end loader. Anything needing to be loaded by hand is the customer’s responsibility.
Who do you sell to?
We sell to businesses and individuals.
Is all material always in stock?
While we try to keep all of our material stocked, there is no guarantee of availability.
Is there a minimum for gravel or bulk material?
Our gravel/bulk material minimum is one cubic yard. The yard cannot be picked up in separate trips.
How is palletized stone sold?
Our palletized stone is priced by the ton and sold by the full pallet.
Do you offer delivery?
We do deliver, and our delivery price is charged separately from the price of the rock in most cases.
Can you estimate how much material I need?
We can give estimates for how much material your job requires, but these are only our estimates and we are not liable for overestimates or underestimates. You should try to get your mason, builder, or landscaper to provide you with accurate estimates.
Do products vary in size or color?
The products we carry can, and often will, vary in size and color outside of stated ranges. This includes retaining wall block/caps.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash, and in-state checks. All checks must include TX driver’s license number, date of birth, and a valid phone number to be accepted. $25 fee on returned checks.
What is your return policy?
We offer refunds for pallets of regularly stocked material that have not been opened or damaged, returned in 30 days or less. Restocking fees may apply. No refunds or returns on discounted materials.
Can you hold pallets for me?
We will hold pallets up to 10 business days, paid for or not.
Are there special rules for special orders?
Special order items require a non-refundable 50% down payment.
How do I handle sales tax exemptions?
If you are exempt from paying sales tax, we need a copy of your sales exemption form or resale certificate on file.
